How hard would it be to disable Attachments on a per forum basis? My database is getting huge from people posting attachments in my "Off Topic" forum. It would be be cool if I could goto "Edit Forum:" and disable and enable attachments.

In Admin CP/Forums/Modify there is an "Attachment Queue" option which would require moderation of attachments per forum basis. I believe this option together with a STICKY: DO NOT POST ATTACHMENTS IN THIS FORUM message can do the trick
