I am hopefully buying my own vB board within the next little while, around the late June / Early July time...

I just have 2 questions :

1.) When I buy the site, are there any restrictions as to what I can have on my board, or is that up to the hosting?

2.) Can I advertise my boards here, and ask for people to help Moderate/Administrate it?
