Html and php... very strange...

I have some problems with my header template.

That the top of my code of this template :

That's a screenshoot of the banner I add on the top of my vbulletin board
As you can see on the screenshoot.... There is a large band , a black band at about 20 pixels maybe on the top. It's strange because my table is configured with this : valign="top" soo, normaly there were no band on the top, ONLY my own made banner !

Soo..what is the problem on this ?
Can you help me ?

Make sure in your body tag your TOP margin is set to 0
You can find this in the styles portion of the admin cp

ok, sow... It doesn't work better... I allready have at about 10 pixels of margin on the top of my page.... very strange...

As you can see on the top of my code page, there is no marges on the top :
