installed this hack,and everything works great until i changed the "Contact" thing to this, and thats whats causing the menu not to show up,, can anyone tell me what i have wrong

i wanted this to be like, a staff drop down, with webmaster email, then admin-> list admins Mods-> list mods News-> list news posters

it seems to me i did it right, but it no works,
