Hello,

I don't think there is a hack that does this , so if there is please don't kill me . I would like to have the option to disable a user's abiltity to use a avatar .
So if someone uses a offensive avatar and they don't comply with a request to change it ..I can disable them selecting a Avatar .

This may not be exactly what you want. But it allows you to make a user's avatar invisible to the rest of the world.
