PHP File Insert

I want a php file in my root directory to be able to use $post[fieldx], $post[username], etc. I also want the associated templates to use those too. What code do I need in the PHP and where?

To randomize, check rand() function on PHP.net.

You should start your vB file like this:

require('./global.php');
