Why Do you Hack?

Yeah.. Why do you make hacks.... even if you dont post them on your own forum?

Myself would have to be because some hacks interest me and I am really really board :bunny:

• I admit, I like the admiration. It's such a natural high to see others enjoying something I've put together.
  
• Valuable skills/reputation. There are lots of people out there looking for someone who knows their way around vB.
  
• General practice.

It's that simple. And I use a fair amount of the hacks I create, too. I hone my skills, I get to see other people enjoying them, I get to increase my vB skills...it's all been well worth it.
