Need Help - Enhanced Moderator Log

Okay, due to recent security problems on my forums, I need to implement some more enhanced logging features. I am using the current hack that adds a moderator log which logs opened/closed/moved/deleted threads, but this hack does not log actions that include banning, mass prune, and mass move. How would I add to the log a feature that would log these actions which are performable on the moderator panel?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
