Could someone please direct me to a list of forums where members that have not registered at http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php can post?

I seem to remember having seen it somewhere, but being a lazy bastard tonight, I didn't even look for it (shame on me, I know).

I just need to know where I can help people w/o thinking twice about it...

Unlicensed users can post in the Miscellaneous category, and also in the Announcements / Feedback forums. Guests can only post in Testing Zone.

I just registered, but I can't sign that form that it linked me to in the registration confirmation email. so i can't post in certain forums...how long will i be in this status?

Until you buy vBulletin and get a customer number and password. Unless you already have one, in that case use that to login to that form.
