Lately, we have noticed in our forum that someone is rating negative points to threads that doesn't really deserve it. Specially the ones an specific user has started.

Because of that, we would like to have a way for us admins to see who and how someone rated a thread. Kind of like the who voted in the Admin CP.

Any help will be appreciated

Maybe a query, anything will do. We want to know who's rating a lot of posts 0 stars
