I don't know if this is the result of a hack but I noticed today that people can't edit their USER CP.
Well they can, but then instead of "your cp has been editted successfully" it just redirects to a page with the standard vbulletin message template, but with no message.

Actually I can't think of what hack I would have installed that caused this.
I'm sure I didn't hack anything since i last changed my profile.

what are some common causes of this?
