User Owner Deletion

Is it possible to setup a field like lost password where a user can delete their account, when they hit submit it wipes out they user information for their id and all else outin the database?

Sure that's easy... I wouldn't use it as it gives users too much power but I'll write it anyway.

OK Thanks, is not for me, I do not want to do it, another registered vb guy, has a rather large turnover on a daily basis and he gets tons of email requests to delete their accounts, he just does not have time to do it.
