How do I add a default style, I screwed my old one so I am wondering how I could fix this????

You can use phpmyadmin or telnet to your mysql and edit table style ,update the styleid=1 where you want to set default.

Note: Don't edit other anything here.
Just styleid.

In your Admin CP add a new style. It will have the default data.
