1. do this query flavour:

PHP Code:

$DB_site->query("INSERT INTO setting VALUES (NULL,26,'Enable Multiple Avatars','modavatarenabled','1','Use this option to enable/disable the overall use of multiple avatars.','yesno',9)");

CREATE TABLE modavatar (
   avatarid smallint(5) unsigned DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL auto_increment,
   title char(100) NOT NULL,
   minimumposts smallint(6) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL,
   avatarpath char(100) NOT NULL,
   PRIMARY KEY (avatarid)
)

CREATE TABLE modcustomavatar (
   userid int(10) unsigned DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL,
   avatardata mediumtext NOT NULL,
   dateline int(10) unsigned DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL,
   filename CHAR(100) NOT NULL,
   PRIMARY KEY (userid)
)

2. forum/admin/avatar.php
follow the paterns in there and make another file called modavatar.php (dont forget about the custom links on control panel )

3. forum/avatar.php
disco with that file...

4. forum/member.php
tango with it...

5. forum/showthread.php
serenade her until she loves you... bam you're done.
