Where to go to hack 'currently active users' appearance?

First of all, I'm no hacker. I just managed to make a little change succesfully and would like to make it somewhere else and can't find the way.

I've changed the way admins and moderators appear in the WhosOnline page through the whosonline_legend template and online.php.

I'd like to reproduce this change in the forum home page's list of currently active users.

Admins currently appear in italic and moderators appear the same way as regular users.

Could someone tell me what php file I need to edit so admins and moderators have their own respective color.

There's also a hack to do this, btw. By Afterburner IIRC.
