Are other allowed to use them on their boards? These are much better than anything I could paint. So I'm just wondering. If not, just say no and that's the end of it.

no. they are copyrighted. however, you could pm sinecure to see if he is willing to sell you the package.

Do you have these themes as PSD-Files too? The XP-Blue looks very good, but would need them in german, and for editing its much easier if I could get them as PSD-Files.
