Wanring user: email admin on posts

Hi. I would create a usergroup 'Registered Warning', almost identical to the standard 'Registered' group, but with the only following particularity:
when any user of this group posts anything anywhere, I would an email should be sent to the admin/webmaster just like he has subscribed to the thread the warned user wrote into.

Anyone has a similar hack or knows exactly where I could put the check for the usergroup to send the email ?

Note: I don't need an hack like the Ultimate Ignore, because I don't want to silence an user at all.
Simply would be noticed when some specific users post something somewhere to read it asap.

I have a couple of spammers who have the precise intention to increase entrophy, but wouldn't ban them until absolutely necessary. Simply reply or moderate quickly their posts.
