How do you change text after new post/thread???

How do you change what it says after you post a new thread or reply. It regularly says this:
Thank you for posting! You will now be taken to your post. If the administrator has selected.......

Anyway, how do I change that to customize it for my boards? What template do I edit and where is it? Thanks a bunch.

That's the redirect_postthanks template.
