This might be a fun one. I have learned that troublemakers go away if they are utterly ignored, but they cause problems if they are banned.
A hack that might be fun would make an abuser's posts visible to themselves - but nobody else besides an admin. Not even the moderators. Epinions.com sort of does this with a feature called blocking. If you block somebody, they can be utterly invisible to you. The vbulletin way still shows you that a person is posting. Epinions way, you are oblivious to their existance. Amy

We have one guy who must've been banned over a 100 times by IP by Username by email, every which way possible. He's rather comical but can be too much at times. Something like this would really piss him off ...
Of course admins and mods would have to be able to view the posts (for $hits and giggles). Im not sure how to do this but it would be cool if went by user group. *goes back to php book*

yea like an option that says ignore user....
But I wonder if you can do this.... When that user posts, he sees where it says Last Post By : that user But when another user looking at who posted last, it dont show that username, it shows the person above them.
