I want the top of my page like this??? How do i do this . i tried many differnet ways and couldn't do it. I hae the avatar hack installed. Just need help with the Strip that says WELCOME ??? and stuff underneith it .

yep..

the welcome panel is pretty sweet..

With a few modifications you can get it to look exactly like the vB.org main page.
