Hey guys, maybe I'm crazy, but didn't VB used to highlight the word/words you searched for in the results, so you could easily see it in the posts? I could have sworn that used to be a thing. My forum does not do that now. It's pretty annoying because you can't easily find the word you searched for, especially if it's in a long post.

You aren't crazy, or at the very least this isn't evidence of that. The system does highlight search results. Check your style variables in Miscellaneous --> Search_Result_HighLight Color to see what color it is using to highlight, and verify you don't have an additional CSS changing that to something close to the background color.

Hmmm, when I check that, all I get is this message:

"No replacement variables are defined for this style" |
