As per the title I no longer enter the site as an admin when I try to change the password sends me back to the user registration page how can I solve and if there is a way from mysql to recover the current password thanks

Yes, Go to your PhpyMyAdmin, select your database, and select the SQL tab.

Change the user ID to match your admin profile id.
