How to to search through forum posts and generate links to individual posts

We need some help solving some problems with the display of photographs in our forum.
Hope that some of you can help us to solve some problems.

This is a function that is important to us and our members, and which we have used with great pleasure for many years through our previous forum version;

We would like to search through forum posts and generate links to individual posts from php code on jernbane.net.

The functonality we need is:
1. Search through all forum posts for a text string, and return a list of matching posts. For now the strings we will be searching for are image named

2. From the search result generate html links to the individual posts.

The functions needs to be called from php code on our site.

Does vBulletin provide a way to do this, either as a service or through access to the database?

I am fully aware of the fact that there is a standard search function, but that is not what I am asking for.
We are requesting a more sophisticated way to search for images in our database in parallel with the same image showing the path to the thread where the images from our users are displayed.

Do you have any documentation on what tables we should search for the text we are looking for?
Is everything in one table column, or should we search through multiple tables (title, contents, summary, publisher, other meta data etc).

What format is the text in (utf8, html, json ?.)?

We also want to be able to display EXIF ​​data on our photographs that appear in forums and on images that are in our database.

Is there a proposal for a solution to this wish?
