New Forum Spammers

Why is it that as soon as you install vbulletin you get tons of spammers,
.
I wonder if vb has a flaw that notifies spammers of new forums.
.
How do they know, if the site is new in domain name , and has not been promoted on search engines.
.
Any answers please
.

If you don't know the answer, please don't waste mine and everyone's time with a guess
