Hello,

I am trying to use the "Poll" process to do a slightly different function. I am using it to register for activities in my car club. I have it close to what I want and the final item is to change the word "Poll" to "Event Registration". I've gone blind searching through styles and templates and I cannot find the spot to do the edit.

I'm running 4.2.5 (Vb5 is very close in my future plans) so a little help in locating the spot to do this final edit and this 77 year old man can rest for a while!

My attachment is showing the word "POLL", I want it to say "Event Registration". I want to replace the word "Poll" on my database!

Help would be appreciated!

I would also like to be able to allow members change their minds on the registration to another selection but that is probably asking too much. I have the hack for VB4 and can do that but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed when I go to VB5 as far as having the ability to change my mind after I've made a selection on the "Poll/Event Registration" function.

Look into "Language and Phrases" and search for poll.
PS. editing the phrase will be global and will affect all polls on your forum.

Awesome! There must be a gazillion "Poll" word in Vb4!

It took a while but I do believe I got it done.
