I have a political and news forum which have around 50 to 70 new threads everyday. How often I should generate XML site map? The minimum option in vB5 is daily (1 day). Is it enough or should I change this to more frequent? how?

Also my forum is 1 month old, how long will it take for google to rank my site?

How is vB SEO? is it powerful or do I need a third party plugin?
