vb5 login problems

I made the update 4.2.5 -5.6.3 and after that i couldnt login in the admin pannel.When i tried to login this came up

In order to accept POST requests originating from this domain, the admin must add the domain to the whitelist.

i tried to solve it with tools.php but it didnt change at all.
