Hello together..
After a migration to a new server the board is not loading anymore.
Is this a known bug?
We use PHP 7.1.3 and vbulletin v4.2.5.
The PHP settings are the same. File permissions are ok. Database is reachable.

Looks to be a character collation issue for the now broken text characters. So import was done improperly or the servers do not match in some settings between php & sql

As to the server, would need to see logs etc etc to see what the actual issue is when trying to load the pages.

I would try to re-import everything.

Post server logs if you can or put your site into debug mode and post what it says.
