vBulletin 5 Request - Favourite SMILIES selection

Hi guys.....

On VB5 board... it's possible (by the user) select the 10-15 favourite emoticon/smilies ..

Or.. like on smartphones... that the smilies zone put the most used smilies like 'most used'?

On VB3 I remember there was a mod....
