Can anyone help as to why my wywiwyg editor is displaying â€‹ when I click on Bold/Italics/Underline/Unlink URL etc...

It doesn't happen when I have text highlighted, it behaves how it's supposed to when I have text highlighted, but when I don't it displays the above text, so if I was for example typing in Bold, then I press enter twice to start a new paragraph, and then I decide I was Bold OFF, once I click it, it displays the gibberish text...

I've uploaded a 30 second video to explain what I mean and what it's doing..
Also when I type "Hello" and highlight it, I'm trying to type over it, which normally deletes text to replace with what I'm typing, however nothing happens, I have to press the delete button first in order for the next to go, then I can type.
