images with broken link in the forum

Hi everyone,
I realized that in many topics and comments on the vBulletin.org forum they have the images with the broken link to see the images (but many).

-it is something that happens normally, why is that?

-Is it something that I have to worry about happening in my forum (vB 4.2.5) in the future? Or a tip so that does not happen?

I listen to your comments.

have a nice day .
