This question is for vBulletin 3 series (3.8.0 and later).

I found some articles from this site regarding this feature request, but none of them is effective on vBulletin 3.8.x series, hence this question thread here.

I realized a bug in this forum that my new thread, if requiring screening by moderators, won't shown up in the "lastreply" block among forum lists after the thread gets screened and approved, hence this reply to make this thread show up in there.
