smtp mail with PHPMailer

Unfortunately the mail dispatch via SMTP does not work. I also tried this change: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost....62&postcount=3

Would it be possible for a programmer to enable SMTP via PHPMailer?

https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/

best regards
