There is a theme called Grunge with default vb5 install package colors are almost same as your screenshot.

You could find some video tutorials here. What you are searching for is stylevar changing. AdminCP-> Styles -> Style Manager ... at the right you see a dropdown for each style.... Look for "Style Variable Editor" at your styles dropdown. There you could change everthing you need.
