Members getting this message when trying to request password reminder:

An error has occurred Unregistered! You are not allowed to email other users.

How to fix this?

I can't find that error in the default vBulletin language strings so it could be part of a plugin that you have installed? Maybe the "Allow Users to Email Other Members" setting must be turned on?

Try disabling your plugins one by one and test it after each time you disable a plugin.
