marked ?noindex? error concerning register page

I found out that google has Submitted URL marked ?noindex? error for register page in my website

i am using vBulletin Version 5.5.3
my website url is https://aqarspot.com/
and the error is found in page https://aqarspot.com/register

How can I solve this to avoid this error?
