How to add second email address to failed login email

I know the failed login email is sent using line 109 in includes/functions_login.php

vbmail($user['email'], $subject, $message, true);

How would I go about adding a second email for this to be sent to, such as abc@abc.com? Or a way to send it to the site admin email?

I want to get an email if someone is trying to get into a member's account and fail.

You can try adding this line just below line 109 in the file, I haven't tried this but this may work.
