vBulletin 3 Request - Instagram feed on vbulletin?

Hello there,

Would it be possible to make a mod that does the following, say that you post something on Instagram and put the tag in the Instagram post like "#yourforumsitename and the post comes up on a feed in the forum?

Would this be doable?
