Lost Password, as Admin

Yes, i feel stupid.

But I cannot get into my Forum, and have attempted more than 5 times, and there is no

option to retrieve a lost password.

What to do?

i am attatching a screen shot about shutting me off after 5 attempts, but no Password Retrieval option as far as I can see
