Add Preview Break Automatically to ALL Pages

Is there any way to add a Preview Break automatically to all previously published pages within the CMS?

I'd like to add it after a certain number of characters or words to every single post, unfortunately, there are more than 8K so doing it manually isn't an option.

Also, is there a way to find out which pages are currently Missing a preview break (on a mass scale)??
