Hello

Im sure this a stupid question, but how do you get a list of all registered users?

And ultimately how can I get an email when a new user registered?

There is a userlist at yourdomain/memberlist

As an administrator you should get an email when a user is registered.
I don't remember if this is also a admin-permission.
