Change Facebook Opengraph Tags

I'm having some issues with sharing CMS articles on Facebook. The og:image tag is set in the admincp instead of pulling from the article. Is there a way to use the first article image as the og:image tag? Also, in the description tag the attachment IDs and special characters are shown. Is there a way to clean these out? I've included a screenshot from the Facebook debugger to illustrate the issue in case there's any misunderstanding.
