Cannot view profile

We are using v4.2.3 and everything was working fine until 2 days ago. All of the sudden, registered users are no longer able to see their own or others profiles. I have already checked these two settings:

Can View Member Info :
Can Edit Own Profile :

They are both set to yes. I do not see where anyone changed in settings in the logs. Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening? Thank you in advance.
