Navigation Footer Bar Error [Who is online]

I'm getting this error message when navigating in Who is Online page footer navigation bar. Because that I cannot navigate on this page using this resource.

I disabled [DBTech] Advanced User Tagging for VB5 but the error occurs anyway.

The language is default English and we are using the default template.

The top navigation bar is OK, the footer navigation does not update though.


Any help will be welcome.
