Hello everyone. I need some plugin to automatically post to facebook, twitter ... Every new thread would like to be published automatically.

I have not found one for Facebook at this point

You don't need one for facebook actually. You can setup twitter to forward stuff to your facebook page. The following attachment is pretty self explanatory.
