Is there any way to update the contents of the post by query directly in the database?

I understand. I want to update the links that users posted to posts.

I have a few options:

1) Find a plugin to do this (I posted in detail here: https://vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=325333 )

2) Switch manually. For this, do you know which table to change?
