Just randomly (no updates) the site has lost all formatting and images. Any ideas of where to start to resolve this?

It looks fine to me, I don't see anything broken.
Have you tried clearing your cache?

I can see the site fine, however, it does say "Deceptive Site Ahead" when I try to go to it.
