i would like to center the forum titles, like right now i am in code hacks, like how would you center that in that table

This involves a template modification. Look at:

Forum Home Page Templates

forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost

Adding an HTML center tag there wil accomplish what you want.

DOH, I read your request wrong, my instructions are for Categories. x_x

But forum titles are within the same set of templates.
