Hi,

A week ago, my bluehost VPS was affected with malware, then i requested to re-image my account. later i have installed my backup and configured.

now im getting this error when i tried to access home page.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If i remove .htaccess file, i can access index, not threads.

i tried this code in htaccess but it doesn't help me.

Mods i use: DB SEO Pro

Help me pls.

Speak to your host regarding this, sometimes it can be a ownership permission issue of some sort or even possibly chmod issue see #3 here.

Thanks for the reply.

Bluehost is useless, they are not ready to provide any support, to clear malware they suggesting me to hire professional service. So, I cant ask them any more, i am changing my host in a month. But right now i want to fix this.
