When I enable the URLs with mod_rewrite in vB 4.2.3, I will get logout, when I open a new page...

It just work, when I enabled "Remember me".

But user who not anabled "Remember me" and just login, will kicked when they open a new page. What is wrong? When I use the other URL settings, it will not logout, when I open a new page.

Try checking your cookie settings, your re-write rules and be sure to clear cache after any changes.
